As an Air Force veteran, VA accredited attorney and member of the National Organization of Veterans' Advocates (NOVA). I am admitted to practice in Kentucky, before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC) and in administrative proceedings with the Veterans Administration. I principally concentrate on:
